How to get from one London station to another London station

We will be traveling from Dover Priory to London Heathrow. Your site doesn't give an answer, so I have tried various ways.
I have found Dover to Charing Cross or Victoria or St. Pancras, but can't find how to get to Heathrow. The Express only goes between Paddington and Heathrow.
Can this even be done?
Would a Rail pass help here?

    Hi Sheryl,

The Heathrow Express does only depart from the Paddington station. You are also correct that trains from Dover will only arrive into either the Charing Cross station, the Victoria station, or the St. Pancras station in London. Therefore, you would still have to commute to the Paddington station in order to connect to the Heathrow Express trains to the airport.

To get from Charing Cross to Paddington, you would take the Bakerloo line of the Tube. To get from Victoria or St. Pancras to Paddington, you would take the Circle line of the Tube. The shortest ride to Paddington on the Tube would probably be the one from the St. Pancras station, which would be 15 to 20 minutes. The rides from Charing Cross or Victoria are comparable, but it would probably a little shorter from St. Pancras. You would pay to board the Tube locally.

You would purchase tickets for your train from Dover to London by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com. Generally, trains in the United Kingdom can only be booked within 60 to 75 days of an intended date of departure.

Tickets for the Heathrow Express can be purchased here: http://www.raileurope.com/activities/... .

It would be excessive to purchase a rail pass just for the travel you mentioned. In any case, a rail pass for England would not cover the Tube. If you will be in London for any duration of time, you could consider purchasing the London Travel Card, which would cover travel on the Tube. Otherwise, you would just pay for each of your individual Tube trips locally. For the London Travel Card, you would click here: http://www.raileurope.com/activities/... .
