I’m frustrated

How to get through to customer service - Totally frustrated and feeling scammed!

I am beyond frustrated! I have booked online - you said you were pre-authorizing charges but I have no confirmation that I will get my tickets - so frustrating - feeling in limbo and like I have been had by a company that does not care about customer service. How can I get through to customer service???? I have been on the phone, on hold long distance for over an hour.

    We apologize for the long hold time. We are the only company of our kind that staffs a call center, because we do understand the benefit of having personal assistance for what is an unfamiliar product to so many. As we are now in the midst of the busy travel season and we are the only ticket and rail pass seller for North America that offers customer service over the phone, there have been substantial hold times.

    Please note, orders submitted through our website can take up to 48 business hours to be processed. If you would like to speak with someone in the meantime regarding your order, please try us again and an agent will be with you as soon as one becomes available. For the best chance at a shorter hold time, you could try calling either early in the morning when we first open at 9 AM EST or later in the evening after 6 PM EST.
