I accidentally ordered the 4-day France Rail Pass, but only need three travel days. Any way to change this?

Ordered the tickets on Wednesday of this week and they have already arrived for our September trip. Is there a way to exchange for the 3-day rail pass?

    I'm very sorry for the delay getting back to you. Not sure how we missed this one. Rail passes are not able to be exchanged for a lesser option. Your only option would be to request a refund for your rail pass 'per policy' and then re-book the new pass.

    Generally, rail passes are 78% refundable (inclusive of a 7% administrative fee) if returned to us unused within 6 months of the date of purchase. To request a refund for a rail pass, you would have to send it via traceable mail to the following address:

    Please also be sure to include a note with the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name.
