I have a reference number but when I go online it says we are not confirmed

How do I know that my Swiss Travel pass is confirmed? I called on March 17, as instructed when I reserved the travel passes for 4, and the Glacier Express route that was on hold had still not been booked. I am confused as to whether we have Swiss travel passes for 4 non-consecutive days and a reservation on the Glazier Express on June 17, 2016. Can someone let me know what the status is on both?
