I have entered my email incorrectly, and now cannot receive a confirmation email. What can I do to fix my error?

I have two itineraries booked from Venice to Florence and Florence to Rome. However, I entered my email incorrectly and cannot receive the confirmation email now to print out my tickets. I have called the customer service number, but cannot figure out how to speak to a real person to solve my issue.

    Hi Andrea,

    You can reach us by calling 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028. When you call, you would navigate the prompts according to your needs. I believe it will say something like "for new bookings or help with web navigation, press 2", and you would just press 2 to speak with one of our agents. Our current hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 6:30 PM CT, and Saturdays from 8am to 4pm CT.
