I’m anxious, frustrated and disappointed

I haven't got an email confirming my train booking but money has been taken from my account

I booked a return train ticket from Birmingham to Blackburn, the money has been taken from my bank account (£30) and has been issued as "pending". I haven't got an email confirmation of my booking. How do I get a reciept in order to print off my train tickets?? If this is not possible I demand a refund.

I also booked two return train tickets from London to Bordeaux through the website voyages-sncf.com, and the money has been taken from my bank account £216 from 'raileurope.co'.

I've never received an email confirmation of my booking or the tickets. I emailed customercare@raileurope.com and voyages-sncf.com and did not get any answer and also called 1-800-622-8600 three times with no answer as well. I set up a call back at my number and they never called me back !

I want my train tickets as it is a booking I've made sure to do three months in advance!!
