I purchased Paris Pass Ticket Online and Entered Wrong Date

We are traveling to Paris from London arriving May 4, 2017 via Chunnel from London. In addition to our rail passes, I purchased 2 adult Paris Passes as well; however, I entered the wrong month online. How do I correct?

    Hi David,

    With regard to the Paris Pass, we issue a voucher that still needs to be exchanged for the actual Paris Pass itself. This voucher just needs to be exchanged within 6 months from the date of purchase. Therefore, the date you entered on our website won't matter.

    You would exchange the Paris Pass voucher at the following location:

    Paris Pass Cultival!
    Paris Pass Desk
    74 Rue de Cléry

    Their hours are as follows:

    Monday to Friday from 10am to 3:30pm

    Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Easter Monday, VE Day (8 May), Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Bastille Day (14 July), Assumption (15 August), All Saint’s Day (1 November) and Armistice Day (11 November) from 10am to 1pm.
