I’m extremly frustrated

I am trying to book 2 tgv itinerary for 3 persons and it keeps adding 2 extra passengers so I am stuck at same page and cannot book my trips

1st itinerary seems to be ok. Then, I have the option to add a trip.It seems to be working fine, selecting the same people, until the page "who is traveling with you". It adds to travelers, and I can't get rid of them. I have try to double my kids, but it won't let me do that either. i am not making up people's names and date of birth just to be able to book a trip!!!!!

    Hi Stephanie,

    I'm not sure I understand how that would be happening, as there are no errors on our website involving passengers automatically being added to requests. Once you've added one set of tickets to your shopping cart ('Itinerary') and click 'Add A Trip' to go back to add the next set of tickets, the passengers' names you already entered for the first trip would still be there under 'Who Is Traveling?'. Instead of clicking 'Add A Traveler' to re-enter your names, you would just click on the box to the left of the names that are already appearing as a result of your request for the first set of tickets.
