I’m frustrated

I'm having problem trying to book trains I need for two mid 70's Aunts of my husband. It took so long to decide & now I'm worried now,HELP

I am trying to book some trains and seats for some clients and doing it from the regular Rail Europe site. When I click on "check out" a message comes up and says "There are not enough seats available to fulfill your request. Please delete the item from your itinerary. If you would still like to purchase a ticket, please re-book a different train or fare." (0190)But it doesn't say which train does not have enough seats....does it mean all of the seats?? What does that mean?? Please help.....

    Since we are unsure of what you are booking, you would need to contact us at 800-622-8600 and one of our Travel Consultants will be able to assist you further. If you are online today, we do have our Live Chat feature available from 9am-6pm EST due to the holiday.

    I hope that you are able to continue with your order and get your tickets booked before travel.
