I’m frustrated

Inetranl Problem

I have been trying to book my tickets. After choosing my route I get this message that the web site has some internal problems, I need to start all over again or call the center. Well I have tried both options many times but have not been able to book it or talk to anyone. The call back option never came and now I have been on hold for at least 45 minutes. Meanwhile tried to book my trip on line and get the same error message. Please help
