I have scanned full receipt of Taxi.

I am sorry but tell me is it my fault that the taxi driver didn't have personalised receipt? Was it our fault that your train was late more than 3 hours and while we were on time? Do you think its me who produced this receipt at home?

I am really sorry but SNCF should reimburse my money. Its an excused by your department to not reimburse my money. I kept the original receipt and I can send you even by post.

I feel it was cheating by SNCF while in one hand you are saying your customer to take taxi because of late and in other hand your department refuse to pay. Is this real professional service by SNSF?
Can we trust SNCF?

Please reimburse my money as soon as possible.
