I’m confused

On my invoice I was given you have listed all the tickets in my name, but one. Is this correct as I have one additional traveler with me and only one ticket was listed in there name on the invoice? They physical tickets I was sent have no name on them.

Also how early do you suggest we reach the train stations as my tickets mention they need to get validated before we travel?

    Hi Ashley,

    In most cases, tickets would reflect only one name to represent an entire party. Therefore, it is most likely the case that you'll be fine. With that said, we are not able to assist with specific orders on this forum.
