I’m frustrated

Internal problem

I have been trying to book my tickets, after choosing the route I get this message that there is an internal issue with the web site and I need to try again or call the center. I have been trying to call but the call back never came and to hold the line also doesn't go anywhere. I have been on the line for the past 45 minutes and still no one to help me.

    As we are currently in the midst of our busy season, there have been substantial hold times. Also, we are the only rail ticket seller for North America that staffs a call center to assist customers. Once an agent becomes available, you will receive assistance. We appreciate your patience.
