Italo Ticket says "Italo Child Smart 3 Low Cost Ticket" But I Purchased Adult Tickets

My e-mail with the various PDF tickets/digital codes lists my ticket from Florence to Naples on Italo as a child's ticket although I never clicked anywhere for the option of purchasing a childrens ticket.

I want to be sure me and my adult companion will be allowed on the train and that our ticket is valid. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

    I'm sorry, however, we are not able to assist with specific orders through this forum. If you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name.
