I have a Eurail global pass for which Poland is, obviously, not included. I want to take a night train from Krakow to Vienna, and I have no idea how to reserve the seats, how to pay for it with a eurail pass but only for the Polish part of the journey etc. So I have a few questions:
1: How/where do I reserve seats for a night train from Krakow to Vienna? (seat reservations, separate to the tickets)
2: How do I differentiate between the regular supplement paid by pass holders, and a regular night train ticket for within Poland?
3: How easy is this to do whilst in Poland, as I do not speak a word of Polish?
In other words, if I want to do this trip, what's the process I would have to go through?
I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself well so if you need anything clarified please ask.
Thank you

Hi Arden,
You would need to book a separate ticket from Krakow to the boarder which is Zebrzydowice. You can then just book a passholder fare for the sleeper compartment or seat reservation for the entire journey since this is a direct train with no changes.
You will need to contact us at 800-622-8600 in order to book the open ticket from Krakow to Zebrzydowice. Our Travel Consultants can then book any other reservations you may need.
I hope this information was helpful to you.
Thank you,
Jen -
