We have been planning our Switzerland trip for several months. The assistance from the RailEurope online crew has been invaluable in making decisions about our itinerary. Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of meeting the people in the Rosemont, IL. call center. Again, the customer service was amazing and not only were my questions answered about our itinerary but they had answers for questions I did not know I needed to know.
