Left Luggage Storage in Paris

After spending 10 days in Paris, we intend to take a train to Interlaken, Switzerland. What train station will we depart Paris from and is there left luggage storage at that train station? Also, we will be departing Paris on July 6 and returning on July 10 (4 days). Can we store our luggage at the train station for that long? Thanks.

    Hi Eldon,

The connections from Paris to Interlaken depart out of the 'Gare de Lyon' station in Paris. You would purchase tickets and check schedules for a connection from Paris to Interlaken by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com.

These trains can only be booked within 90 days of an intended date of departure. Since your intended travel falls outside of this time frame, you would just enter an earlier date within the next 90 days in order to get an idea of the ticket costs and schedules when searching this route on our site.

Trains on this route can sell out very quickly, so it would be recommended that the tickets be purchased as soon as it becomes possible, once the 90 day booking window arrives.

The Paris Gare de Lyon station does have a left luggage service. Since the fee is one that is assessed locally at the station, we do not have any information about how much it would cost to store luggage. Generally, these fees can range anywhere from 3 to 6 Euro per day at stations in Europe.

For some general information on the Paris Gare de Lyon station and their left luggage service, you would click on the following link: http://www.raileurope.com/europe-trav....
