Luxembourg to Paris...how to switch trains in Metz Ville?

From Luxembourg, we go to Metz Ville, change trains to Paris. When we exit the train at Metz Ville is the next train (to Paris) at the same station?

    Hi,

For a connection from Luxembourg to Paris that involves changing trains in Metz en route, you would depart for Paris from the same station in Metz that you'd be arriving into (the Metz Ville station).

The station names display when you pull up the results of your search for a particular route on our website.

You would purchase tickets and check schedules by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com.

When you pull up the results of a search from Luxembourg to Paris, any train changes would be displayed along with the names of the stations.

A common minimum connection time is 7 to 10 minutes for changing trains at the typical station in Europe, and that would be sufficient for changing trains at the Metz Ville station. To arrange for a connection time of your choosing, you would do a separate search for each segment of the connection (i.e. one search for trains from Luxembourg to Metz and then another search for trains from Metz to Paris).
