I never received the PDF for Italo tickets from Naples to Milan. Can you please email it to me?

Change in reply by Jeff to Hi Martha, <a title="Link httpwwwraileuropecomeuropean-trainsitalohow-to-bookhtml" href="http://www.raileurope.com/european-trains/italo/how-to-book.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Italo trains</a> (NTV) are actually 'ticketless' in the sense that there is nothing to print, and all you'll need to board is the PNR code you're assigned and a valid ID. Therefore, you can just refer to the PNR code that's listed on your invoice for that particular train. You can disregard any statement on the invoice we emailed that states these tickets can be printed, as that is not actually the case. Rest assured, it is not necessary that you have the invoice. All you need is the PNR code itself and a valid ID. You might only want to print the booking summary that we email you, just as a way for you to remember the PNR code if you don't happen to write it down elsewhere. If you need us to re-send the invoice, please send an email with your booking number to customercare@raileurope.com.
