I booked a train from paris to milan on 19 Oct 2013 at 14:00 and your site have charged my visa for the amount of 136€ but I haven't received any email or any confirmation,, what can I do now ?

    For assistance, please send an email to customercare@raileurope.com and include the booking number for your order, as well as the full names of all passengers in your party.

    Please note; however, we are the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes for North American countries, and we do not charge in euros. Our products are sold in U.S. dollars from www.raileurope.com or Canadian dollars from www.raileurope.ca. If you are from a country in Europe, then it is likely that you booked through an entirely separate vendor there, and they would be who you would have to contact regarding your order.
