Mudança de data da passagem

Hoje fiz uma compra de passagem de MILAO para PARIS para o dia 19/05/2015. Quando verifiquei o cmprovante de pagamento a data da viagem foi alterada 16/05.
Pensei que tivesse reservado errado e por isso solicitei o cancelamento da passagem.
Quando tentei comprar outra vez, me atentando para a data correta, percebi que o site mudou a data para dia 16 novemente. Desta forma, solicito que o valor a ser ressarcido pelo primeiro cancelamento seja integral e não seja descontado nehum encargo pois o erro foi do site ao mudar indevidamente a data da passagem

    Hi Sandra,

    I'm sorry; however, we do not have any Portuguese-speaking staff. You have contacted the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes for North American countries. We are generally not able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. Residents of countries outside of North America would have to book through an affiliated agency in their own country or region. You would have to contact the actual vendor you purchased your tickets from. If you are from Brazil, you would have booked through a separate vendor there.
