I’m frustrated

my card been charged twice when I was doing my tickets on raileurope website, how can I get the over charge money back ??

    I'm sorry, however, we are not able to assist with questions relating to specific orders on this messageboard. For assistance, please call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please include the booking number for your order and full names of all passengers traveling. Your booking number would be 8 numerals in length and begin with a '2'. With this being a public forum, your post will be removed from this messageboard in the meantime, as we don't advise sharing order numbers, PNR codes, or any other personal information here.

    The charge you are referring to is likely merely a 'pre-authorization hold', in which case, no actual funds would've been deducted. Pre-authorization holds typically drop off after a few days.
