    Hi Josette,

For the requested itinerary, your most economical option would be to purchase the Eurail France Pass and reservations. For the Eurail France Pass, you would click here: http://www.raileurope.com/pass/france-rail-pass-5911.

TGV trains do require reservations as a supplement to a rail pass. For travel with a rail pass, you would purchase reservations by searching a route on our homepage (www.raileurope.com), checking the box that says ‘I have a rail pass’, and then indicating the type of rail pass with which you'll be traveling (i.e. a ‘Eurail France Pass’). Generally, trains in France can be reserved once within 90 days of an intended departure date.

    Paris-Nancy

Between Paris and Nancy, there are direct TGV trains. The ride only takes about 1.5 hours, one-way. TGV trains between Paris and Nancy do require reservations as a supplement to the rail pass.

    Paris-Lourdes

There are also direct TGV trains between Paris and Lourdes. The ride takes 4.5 to 5 hours, one-way. TGV trains between Paris and Lourdes do require reservations as a supplement to the rail pass.
