need to cancel tickets, no meal voucher included, wrong email address given, protection plan bought
I am trying to cancel my TGV reservations and get a refund. No meal vouchers were sent. I talked to an advisor at a 1-800 # and she told me to take pics of my documents and email them to superviser@raileurope.com. There is no such deliverable address. All my pics were not sent. Invalid address. This is terrible. I've been at this for 2 days. How do I handle all this?

The second to last letter in supervisor is 'o', not 'e'. You would spell it, 'supervisor', and the email should go through. -
