I’m nervous

No confirmation e-mail for my tickets from London to Bath Spa & the Heathrow Express

Recently I purchased 2 tickets from Paddington Station in London to Bath Spa. I received a ref number and wrote it down. I also printed out the itinerary but the number is no where on it. It has our names and times for the train. I thought I was supposed to receive an email either with e-tickets or at least my reference number printed on it.I also purchased two Heathrow Express tickets as well. There is a ref code on the receipt I was emailed but no follow up email ever came.Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter.

    Hi Janine,

Tickets from London to Bath are issued as 'print-at-station' e-tickets. Using the 'PNR code' for the tickets, you would print them from a kiosk in the station prior to departure. The PNR code is included in an email that would've been sent to you after your order was processed.

Tickets for the Heathrow Express are issued as 'print-at-home' e-tickets. These are sent to you in a separate email that you would print and then take with you.

If you did not receive these emails, please send an email to customercare@raileurope.com or call us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028. If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.

Please do not post your booking number or any other personal information on this forum. Any posts containing such information are removed for security purposes.
