    Changed description to Recently I purchased 2 tickets from Paddington Station in London to Bath Spa. I received a ref number and wrote it down. I also printed out the itinerary but the number is no where on it. It has our names and times for the train. I thought I was supposed to receive an email either with e-tickets or at least my reference number printed on it.I also purchased two Heathrow Express tickets as well. There is a ref code on the receipt I was emailed but no follow up email ever came.Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter.
