No confirmation email

I need urgently my confirmation number
I bought my ticket to London last Thursday and haven't received the confirmation number so I can print my ticket at the station
My trip is tomorrow and I don't know what to do
I will proceed legally against RAIL EUROPE if I don't receive my mail

  • I had to buy another ticket for my trip, in the correct web page EUROSTAR .COM
    AND OF COURSE THIS ISN't GOING TO STOP HERE
    ASAP I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST RAILEUROPE

    Rest assured, if there was never a confirmed order, nothing would ever have actually been charged to your card. However, for assistance with a specific order you placed with us, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028.

      For us to be able to answer questions regarding a specific order, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

      If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 72 business hours to receive a reply with regard to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.
