Tried cancelling part of my itinerary. No confirmation or indication of cancellation; No refund.

I am attempting to cancel a part of my itinerary to book a train at a different time. (The "exchange" tool did not offer comfort class for the new train, so I cancelled and rebooked instead.)

However, I have not received a refund; I have not received an email confirming the cancellation; and I see no indication on my account that it has been cancelled.

Any ideas?
