I’m confused

No link to print e-tickets in Invoice or Order History for TGV leg of journey

I've booked tickets from Reims to Amsterdam through your raileurope.ca site and I received emails for the Thalys (Paris - Amsterdam) leg of the journey, but nothing for the TGV (Reims - Paris) leg. When I look at my Order History, again, I see the full itinerary, but no link to be able to print the tickets from Reims to Paris.

I have emailed the Booking reference number through your contact us page yesterday, but no reply as of yet.

I have the same problem. I booked a ticket from Venice to Florence but there is no WHATSOEVER link in the invoice. I've contacted the service and the invoice (pdf file) they sent me also has NO link. This is getting frustrating.

      Hi,

Please send an email to customercare@raileurope.com with the booking number for your order, and we can send you what you'll need for your tickets.

In any case, if it as an 'Italo' train you purchased tickets for from Venice to Florence, then all you'll need to board is the PNR number and a valid ID, as these particular trains are actually 'ticketless'.

For all other trains from Venice to Florence, tickets are only issued as physical documents that we would ship to you prior to your departure to Europe.

    Thank you for your reply.
How can I know if my train is the "Italo" train or not? Also, I've contacted different people and each time I've got different answers. Tammy at the Internet Help Desk says I need to have a copy of my invoice as well, and in the invoice it says it isn't the valid document so I MUST print out my e-ticket. So confusing!
