Ordered Adult Pass Was Sent Youth. How do I fix?

I used your website to figure out if I needed to buy a Eurail Country Pass or purchase individual tickets. After putting in my routes in, I was instructed to purchase a Eurail France Pass. When I reviewed my itinerary I saw the following:
"Mr. Patrick Morse(age 27)"
I was concerned that my age was incorrect so I started over however I got the same result. Then when I saw this on your page:


I assumed that 27 was an Adult. HOWEVER, when I received my Eurail Pass it says "Youth" on it.

I'm assuming this wont work. How do I fix this?
