Pass Delivery

Hi, I’m staying in a hostel in London right now and I ordered my Britrail Pass a couple of days ago while still in the US, and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday (thursday) to the hostel. I need the pass to get to Scotland on Sunday. I never got a confirmation email or an email saying that it shipped, but the rep I was working with said it was taken care of and the money was taken out of my account. What should I do or can I call someone to look into my order?
