Poor customer service is ruining plans for europe and putting us in a bad spot.

Purchase but no confirmation. I have a pending authorization and can see some info in their system about being on hold. I am not sure if I purchased or not. I want to get my plans set but stuck in limbo. Also sent 2 emails yesterday and heard no response. Beginning to think this is a scam or a poorly run organization. It is affecting all of our plans for hotels etc

No access to customer service except email. They do not answer phones.
