I printed my tickets but there is only 1 ticket for my party of 5? Do I need 5 separate tickets?

We have 5 passengers and I need to print a few sets of tickets. The PDF is only giving me one passengers tickets. Is this correct or do I need 5 separate tickets?

    Hi Lena,

    Generally, tickets that are booked for multiple passengers would still only reflect one passenger's name.

    If you have questions about your specific order, please call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email with your booking number to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please also include your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 72 business hours to receive a reply with regard to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.
