If you have a Eurail Global Pass or Eurail Italy Pass and you’re staying in one of the villages of the Cinque Terre (or La Spezia to south, or Levanto to the north), you can use your pass to travel to the other villages.

There are regional (Cinque Terre Express) trains that run between these villages regularly throughout the day.

If your pass is 'non-consecutive' (flexi), then you want to keep in mind that using your pass would involve the use of a 'travel day'. Therefore, if you don't want to squander a 'travel day' on your pass for these short trips, you can instead just purchase these particular tickets locally. These are short trips/distances, so the tickets would not cost much at all.

The villages of the Cinque Terre are Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. La Spezia is the hub just to the south of the Cinque Terre, and Levanto is just to the north of the Cinque Terre.
