Receiving my paper tickets purchased in Australia


I purchased a 'Eurail Global Pass 10 days within 2 Months' from the website around about 20 days ago. Since I have not received my paper tickets.

I have tried contacting rail Europe through the 'Contact Us' section of the website but have not had any luck. I have the confirmation emails and paypal receipt with me.

Is there any other way to receive my ticket (i.e. print it electronically) or how long does the ticket normally take to arrive to Australia? Any help is much appreciated. (my ref number is 20910926).
