Refund for confirmation credit card

I dont know how fast Raileurope sends the refund back to you, but for my situation, it's been a month and they have not given any explanation to me. On 26th October i booked 4 tickets from Florence to Rome from my credit card, the fees had been debited from my account but no tickets sent to me, also they demanded me to send my information so they could check the identity. After the confirmation, i had to book tickets again and i got charged twice for that action. I asked them and only answer i got was the money would be transferred in a few days. Now it's a month.

    We're sorry if you have yet to hear back. Refunds for trains in Italy can take up to 6 weeks. However, if you would like to check up on a specific claim, or if you just have questions about a specific claim, you would have to send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. We are not able to assist with specific orders or claims over this forum.

    In the email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name.
