refund request

Hi,

My partner and I travelled on a ticket purchased through you fromPrague to Munich. I purchased 1st class tickets plus seat allocations. When we got there, there was no 1st class carriage and we were told we would get a refund. Also after 1 hour of the 6hr journey we were yelled at to get off the train as they were taking off the carriage we were in. we nearly missed the train as we were changing and had to stand the rest of the 5hours. I have contacted DB who say no refund from them?????
Very unhappy.
