Reservations Questions

I am booking individual tickets and when i get to the purchase page it says that the ticket does not include a reservation but when i scroll to the actual reservation section it says that it does include a reserved seat. So i am a little confused. Do i have a reserved seat or not?

    Hi Marcus,

    Depending on the train, the reservation may have been included as a separate document. What is the specific train(s) you're referring to? If you have an actual booking number for the order, please email it (along with your question) to customercare@raileurope, and we can advise you whether or not you will have reservations. Please do not post your booking number on this forum.
