Response needed from RailEurope / Agency application

How would I get someone from RailEurope to respond to our Agency application submitted 23 days ago and acknowledged by email? I tried to follow up by phone and called RailEurope about a week later but was hung up on after 56 min. on hold. I submitted a message on your contact us section but also never hear back. Today, I called again and your system informed me of a 18 min. wait time before a message stated that no more calls would be accepted and hung up. What is the process here to get to anyone that can assist?
