Review Booking error when trying to purchase tickets for Amsterdam-Cologne & Cologne-Munich for October

I am trying to purchase 2 one way tickets, Amsterdam-Cologne, Cologne-Munich for October. When I click the button "Review Booking" after entering all my credit card info in the Payment step I get the error below (I have tried 10 times in the past 15 minutes)

    I'm sorry if you have not been able to submit your order. I have not been able to recreate or verify any problem on our website that would prevent tickets for these trains from being booked there for dates within the next 90 days.

    If you are still not able to book these tickets on our site, you would call us at 1-800-622-8600. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.

    Tickets for trains from Amsterdam to Cologne and Cologne to Munich would be purchased by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on our homepage (www.raileurope.com) and entering a search. Trains from Amsterdam to Cologne and Cologne to Munich are high-speed InterCity Express (ICE) trains.
