Seat selection on AVE Barcelona to Malaga

Hello, I just booked three tickets for the Ave and I didn't see seat numbers on the confirmation. How do I reserve tickets together in advance?Thank you, Stephanie

    Hi Stephanie,

    AVE trains require reservations. When booking tickets for an AVE train, the reservation would be automatically included with your purchase. With that being the case, the seat numbers would be displayed on any email confirmation/booking summary you receive after your order is processed.

    It is possible that what you're looking at is from before your order was processed, or else your order has not been processed yet.

    If you need to check on a specific order you placed, you would send an email with your booking number to customercare@raileurope.com. However, please be advised it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply by email. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday.
