You can visit our reservation booking engine at http://www.raileurope.com/us/rail/poi...
Make sure to indicate that you have a Eurail Global Pass.

    • Since you will only be traveling through 3 countries, you can purchase a Eurail Select Pass instead of a Eurail Global Pass.

For the requested itinerary, you would purchase a 3 country Eurail Select Pass to include Germany, Italy and either Austria. Austria would be included, because you would pass through it on your way from Munich to Venice. You can purchase this pass and view information for it by clicking here: http://www.raileurope.com/rail-ticket....

Unlike with high-speed trains through the rest of Europe, reservations are not required to take the high-speed trains operating within Germany. However, we do still highly recommend booking reservations on these trains, especially for travel between cities such as Berlin, Cologne and Munich. Reservations would then be required on trains from Munich to Venice, Venice to Florence, Florence to Rome, and Rome to Naples. These trains can be reserved at any point within 90 days of an intended date of departure. When the time comes, you would purchase your reservations by clicking on 'Book a Reservation for Your Pass' on the homepage of our site. The reservation fee would still apply to children under 11. Seating can only be guaranteed if a seat reservation is purchased.

As of the beginning of June, most flights to Berlin will arrive into the Schonefeld Airport. Any railpass that includes Germany does cover travel on the regional trains from the airport into the city of Berlin. If you happen to be flying into the Tegel Airport, then you would take a bus from there into the city. You would pay to board this bus locally, as it wouldn't be covered by a rail pass.
    • since I need it for 21 days, I think I need a global pass...I think, as I don't see a select pass for me than 15 days? Also, If the pass is booked through a travel agent, and the point to point reservations be made by the passengers directly? Or does the agency have to book them?

  • I am planning on buying a 15 day global pass to go around Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany this summer. Does this pass allow me to take any train I find, do I have to reserve a train, or are there particular trains that this pass only works with?

  • The pass will cover you on the national rail network of the countries listed. There are three private railways which are not covered by the Eurail Global Pass. The Glacier Express between St. Moritz and Zermatt in Switzerland, the Thello overnight service between Paris and Milan or Venice and the Circumvesuviana train from Naples to Sorrento along the Amalfi Coast.

We offer the add-on ticket for the Glacier Express by using the following link http://www.raileurope.com/activities/....

You can find the regular ticket prices for the Thello overnight service by using the following link http://www.raileurope.com/us/rail/poi...

Tickets for the Circumvesuviana service can be purchased at the rail station in Naples for a minimal charge.

You will want to purchase a seat reservation for most of the trains to, from and within France, Spain and Italy as well as any high speed, scenic or overnight route. Germany and Switzerland will not require reservations for most of their trains.

You can find reservations for use with the Eurail Global Pass by using the following link http://www.raileurope.com/us/rail/poi.... Most reservations will only be available for purchase within 60 or 90 days of the travel date. If you are not able to find reservations for your summer travel dates, try entering a date within 60 days of today's date for approximate prices and schedules.
