Seville Luggage Lockers

Traveling to Seville for the day. How large are the lockers at the Seville Santa Justa station? Could they fit a large rolling duffle that would be checked in under an airplane? If not is there anywhere else in the city you can pay to leave a large bag?

    Hi Eric,

The Seville Santa Justa station does have a baggage consignment service, so there should be no issue with storing a bag of that size.

For some general information on this service, you would click on the following link: http://www.raileurope.com/europe-trav... .

Since the storage fee is one that is assessed locally at the station, we do not have any information about how much it would cost to store luggage. Generally, these fees can range anywhere from 3 to 6 Euro per day at stations in Europe.

As the North American ticket and rail pass supplier for the various national rail networks of Europe, we only have such pages for some of the more major rail stations in Europe.

  • Just to update this topic a little bit, there are now several places in the centre of Seville where to store your luggage in a secure way. There is one called EASIDAY, next to Plaza Alfalfa, this is within a reasonable walking distance from the cathedral. Very convenient, large lockers with digital code. They charge 8€/locker for the whole day and several pieces fit in.

  • At Seville's Santa Justa main station they have a left luggage facility where bags are checked and stored called "CONSIGNA". Look for the sign - it is on the lower ground floor and as if you are in the main station concourse facing the train platforms it is on the right hand side.

exit from the platform into the main area hall and turn to your left and follow sign to CONSIGNA Left Luggage. This entire process should not take more than 15 minutes maximum. If you really wish for a hotel near the Santa Justa station then choose the AYRE hotel which is opposite as you exit into the street it is on your left and within say 6 minutes walk.

  • There is a luggage storage called Drop&Discover Sevilla near Prado de San Sebastian (near Plaza de España and Real Alcazar). They don ́t have lockers, it ́s a staffed storage service. In my opinion much better then lockers that don ́t have service at all.

Check their website for prices and conditions, but I know from experience (went with a group of friends) that they store luggage for multiple days without problems. Very recommendable.
