shopping cart

Hey there,

I thought I made a reservation today. I also got a shopping cart number and there was standing that it will expire tomorrow. Now my question is where can I find my reservation. There is no option where I ́m able to put my number in. I don ́t have an account- I was looking as a guest.
I hope you can help me to solve the problem?!

    Hi Klarissa,

    The shopping carts can only save for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it would delete, and you would just disregard the reference number for that cart. You would then have to re-book your tickets or passes.

    If you have not set up an account on our website, and you are within the 24 hour window, you would click on the light blue shopping cart at the upper right corner of your screen to access your cart, if you are within the 24 hour window and you haven't shut down your computer in that time or deleted your internet browser's cookies. Once you click on the cart, its contents and your reference number will appear. Of course, you would have to use the same computer. If you never set up an account and you're not using the same computer as you did when you started creating the shopping cart, then you can send an email with your name to customercare@raileurope.com. We can then try to locate your reference number, and we'll email it over to you.
