Technical problem occur when credit card info is entered

I was trying to book 3different legs for my Europe trip. I finally was able to book 2 of the 3 legs (realize had to book separately!)

But my overnight tickets from venice to Paris still can't be processed once I put in my credit cards info due to "technical error"! I have been trying for almost a week everyday.. But it's just not working.

Please help.

    I'm sorry; however, the website from the screenshot you posted isn't our website.

    That website looks like, which isn't ours. For assistance using that website, I would recommend looking for a 'Contact Us' link (or something similar) on their homepage.

    We are the United States-based seller of European train tickets and passes for the North American market. We are generally only able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. Residents of countries outside of North America would have to book through an affiliated agent in their own country or region. If you are from a country outside of North America, then you would have to place your order through a vendor that services your region, and they would be who you would have to contact with your inquiry.
