Terrible Customer Service

Hello all, I need an immediate assistance with my booking. There is no answer from Rail Europe contact form, no answer through the email, their Facebook "chat" (which is definitely a bot) is useless. The only phone number, which apparently appear only here, refers me to a close office. Does anyone has an idea of how to connect Rail Europe? what a terrible customer service.

    You have contacted the North American branch of Rail Europe, which is www.raileurope.com. If you have placed a booking specifically on this website, send an email to customercare@raileurope.com with your booking number and inquiry and we will be happy to assist you. If you are not from North American you most likely booked with www.raileurope-world.com based in India and would need to contact them directly. It's also possible you booked directly with a train company in Europe, in which case you must contact the point of purchase.
