THE PAYMENT FOR THE TRAIN IS DONE BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY TICKET.

Hello! On 26/07/2016 I bought a train ticket from Nice to Paris for the date 25/08/2016. I paid 122.5 euro for this ticket. The payment is taken from my bank account. I share the picture of this payment taken from my bank account. But I did not receive any ticket. I sent mail but nobody replied to me. I would be very appreciated if someone can help me? My name is Goker Cakilci and the booking is made by my name. Why I did not receive anyticket until now? and how can I solve this? Who can I talk? Thanks
