There's no place to click on a train time to select it so I can continue on & find the return trip

  • Hi Carol,

Depending on the train you are selecting, seats may already be included in the fare. Unlike airline tickets, you are unable to choose a specific seat on the train. Once the order is invoiced the seats will be automatically confirmed for you.

As for selecting the train time, you may want to try and book the tickets as oneway. Most train companies do not offer roundtrip tickets and therefore the fares would not change.

I hope this information is useful to you. If you are still unable to select a fare on a ticket, you can access our live chat feature between the hours of 10am-7pm EST Monday-Friday.

    Thank you,
    Jen

You would purchase tickets and check schedules by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on our homepage. Refer to the departure time you want to purchase tickets for and then the fare you want for that train, and you would click 'View' next to that fare. Once you click 'View', a little box would expand underneath with more details about the fare and the option to click 'Select'.

If you happen to select the option to do a 'Round-Trip' when you enter your search, you would first be presented with options for the outbound segment of your trip. Once you select a train and fare for your outbound, you would then be shown the options for the return, and you would be able to proceed from there.
