I’m Concerned

Tickets are different than what I Purchased

I was sent tickets, and I thought that I had selected my tickets on your website for a specific date and time. The tickets seem to only be printed for a valid number of days instead of a specific date and time. Will I guarantee get on the trains I am wanting since it seems I have an open ticket?

    Hi Ashley,

Open tickets are generally what is issued for trains that do not accept or require reservations. On such trains, there is open seating, so you would just take any unoccupied seat. In that sense, you couldn't be "guaranteed" a seat, but it shouldn't be an issue.

However, you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028, or else you can send an email with your booking number to customercare@raileurope.com. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday.
