Train from Milan to Interlaken Ost /West stations

Hi, I will be taking a train from Milan to Interlaken. I believe it will end at the Ost Station. If I stay in a hotel near the West Station, do I have to alight at Ost station and transfer, or can I just go straight to the West station ? What would be the train I should take from Milan to either Ost and West?
